Registered Manager

Majestic Family Services is an established and successful Residential Family Centre providing expert, evidence-based parenting assessments to Local Authorities. Ofsted has judged the service to be Outstanding. Due to the expansion of the service which is due to take place in early 2021 we are currently looking for a Registered Manager for our Minster house. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Social Work England registered Social Worker to take on an exciting role and provide professional leadership to the service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with children and families, at Senior Practitioner/Team Manager level and have a positive and dynamic attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• Undertake the role of the Ofsted Registered Manager and ensure compliance with regulations and good practice guidelines;
• Be willing to develop a comprehensive understanding of The National Minimum Standards and Regulations for Residential Family Centres;
• Provide leadership and ensure that adequate supervision of team members is provided at all times;
• Oversee all aspects of service delivery in relation to the assessment of each family placed within the home.
• Support staff to ensure a minimum of ‘good’ quality service that promotes positive outcomes for children and their families.
