Majestic is proud of their multi-skilled staff team which includes qualified Social Workers, qualified Nursing staff, Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Trainee Social Workers, Baby Massage Instructors and Residential Support staff with a range of relevant qualifications, many educated to degree level.
Safe staffing levels are maintained throughout the day and night, including a core team of suitably qualified waking night staff. Families are being supported and assessed by a well-organised, competent and caring team of professionals. Ofsted 2016.
Our training system offers around 20 in-house and external training courses which equip the staff team with the most up to date and effective skills for supporting and assessing the families in placement. All staff members have on-going regular therapeutic input via family focused sessions and staff facilitation sessions from our qualified therapists, in addition to one to one supervision sessions.
All new Majestic Family Services staff complete a comprehensive induction program in line with HCPC Standards of Conduct to help equipment them with the skills and knowledge required to work with children and families with complex needs.
