Majestic is proud of their multi-skilled staff team which includes qualified Social Workers, qualified Nursing staff, Baby Massage Instructors and Residential Support staff with a range of relevant qualifications and experience.
We also commission an Independent Advocate to support parents, in addition to a Psychologist who undertakes cognitive assessments and a Psychotherapist who undertakes trauma informed parenting group work with parents in placement.Â
Training systems
Staff development is a key priority, with a robust training programme in place for all members of the staffing team designed to equip them with the most up to date and effective skills for supporting and assessing the families in placement.
All staff members have ongoing regular one to one supervision, group supervision and attend facilitation meetings.
All new staff complete a comprehensive induction programme to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support families with complex needs.
