Highly skilled multi disciplinary staff team

Majestic is proud of their multi-skilled staff team which includes qualified Social Workers, qualified Nursing staff and a Psychologist, Baby Massage Instructors and Residential Support staff with a range of relevant qualifications, many educated to degree level.

Assessments are conducted extremely well. The balance between assessment, support and guidance is thoughtful and reflective. Assessments change to consider the current parenting issues and parents progress quickly and responsively. One parent said in feedback to the centre: ‘Everyone works as a team. I could not ask for more support from them. They have made me more confident.

Training systems

Our training system offers around 20 in-house and external training courses which equip the staff team with the most up to date and effective skills for supporting and assessing the families in placement. All staff members have ongoing regular one to one supervision, group supervision and facilitation meetings. Our social workers also receive external supervision from a Clinical Psychologist.

All new staff complete a comprehensive induction programme to help equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to support families with complex needs.
