Majestic Family Services undertakes intensive parenting support programmes and evidence based parenting assessments for courts and Local Authorities.
We are seeking an individual with previous leadership experience to join our team as one of our Senior Residential Family Workers. The role involves ensuring that shifts run smoothly, and that appropriate safety, support, care and guidance is offered to families throughout the day. In addition to offering support in relation to parenting, your role will also involve participating in the wider assessment of each parents’ skills and parenting capacity.
This is a full time position, working within a rota system and which includes shift work and sleep-ins.

Assessments are conducted extremely well. The balance between assessment, support and guidance is thoughtful and reflective.
