Majestic Family Services is a residential family centre where we provide expert, evidence based parenting assessments to courts and Local Authorities.
The role of Senior Residential Family Worker entails co- ordinating parenting support programmes, ensuring that shifts run smoothly, that appropriate safety, support, care and guidance are offered to families who are placed with us for assessment. In addition to offering support in relation to parenting, your role will also involve participating in the wider assessment of each parents’ skills and parenting capacity.
We are currently offering full time, part time and Flexible Zero Hours contracts working within a rota system which includes shift work and sleep-ins.

Assessments are conducted extremely well. The balance between assessment, support and guidance is thoughtful and reflective. Assessments change to consider the current parenting issues and parents progress quickly and responsively. One parent said in feedback to the centre: ‘Everyone works as a team.
